It is with great sadness that we tell you that Whitney Houston is dead. The singer, actress, reality star (BobbAY!) and just straight up total superstar has been confirmed dead by her spokesperson.
The cause of death has either yet to be determined or simply announced.
Whitney struggled openly with drug addiction and a tumultuous marriage to singer Bobby Brown throughout much of her life in the public eye.
After battling her way back from the brink, Houston seemed to be on the right track in recent years, even putting out a new album and touring throughout the world.
